Refund Policy

We stand by our products—but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.

Returns:

• You have 14 days from the delivery date to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

• Customer is responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Used/opened supplements

• Sale or clearance items

• Digital downloads or gift cards

How to Start a Return:

Email us at iron45gym@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and photos if applicable. We’ll respond within 2 business days with instructions.

Refunds:

• Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges:

Need a different size or received the wrong item? Contact us—we’ll fix it.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your item arrived damaged or defective, email us within 3 days of delivery. Include photos so we can take care of it fast.
